Intra-Coronal Interim Bridge
4602

An intra-coronal bridge may be indicated for patients that cannot tolerate a temporary removable partial denture and whose inter-incisal space is too tight to accommodate a temporary Maryland bridge. Because this is a fixed restoration, it is only appropriate to use during the period of osseointegration. When it is time to restore the implant, another method of temporization will need to be accomplished. To prepare for this appliance, simply cut a groove deep enough in the lingual aspect of the abutment teeth to allow the supporting wire wings to be kept out of occlusion when they are bonded into place. Then take an accurate impression of the preparation. Please send us both upper and lower casts, a bite registration and the tooth shade you desire.
