The Neutral Bionator has posterior occlusal coverage as well as acrylic coverage over the lower anteriors. Its primary function is to correct Class II malocclusions without changing the vertical dimension. Note: The “Balters Type” labial wire can be used on any Bionator design and can act to enhance lateral arch width development when a midline expansion screw is included in the design.
